When you want to remove it, the magnets can be separated easily. The hold is decently strong so they are unlikely to come off by accident during your day. :)

We made the high strength set available for people with larger nipples OR those who desire a very strong hold. Average nipple size (not areola) is around 1cm in diameter. It also greatly depends on your personal sensitivity! If you tend to be more sensitive, the high strength set will likely become uncomfortable after a while. On the other hand, some people who are much less sensitive prefer the strong feeling of the high strength set.
